LANCMAN XTREMBOX PRO 2240 H – hydraulic transport box for demanding work
The XTREMBOX PRO 2240 H is the largest and most powerful box in the XTREMBOX family. It is designed for farms, forestry workers, municipal services and anyone who regularly moves large quantities of material with a tractor.
With a load capacity of up to 3000 kg, a width of 224 cm and high 60 cm sides, it holds far more than a standard box, so you get the job done in fewer trips. It is useful all year round: in autumn for bringing firewood out of the forest, in winter for snow clearing, and in spring and summer for carrying soil, sand, manure and tools.
Effortless hydraulic tipping
The box is tilted by a powerful double-acting hydraulic cylinder that works at pressures of up to 240 bar and connects to the tractor's hydraulics. You tip the load with a move of the lever from the cab, quickly and under full control. The double-acting cylinder actively returns the box to its working position, so work stays safe even on uneven ground.
Hydraulic hinged tailgate for clean emptying
The tailgate opens hydraulically during tipping, so material slides out without jamming. When closed, it securely holds even fine material such as sand, wood chips or soil.
Robust construction for years of work
The sheet-steel body with a reinforced floor and edges is built for full loads. The heavy-duty supporting frame with three-point hitch handles heavy loads in tough conditions. All surfaces are powder-coated in Lancman's red and grey colour scheme, which protects against corrosion and the weather.
The lower rear edge, which takes the most wear during loading and scraping, is additionally reinforced with wear-resistant Hardox steel. It stays protected even after long periods of work on gravel, sand and stones.
